Rollerball Arcade (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Rollerball Arcade mobile game for iOS and Android. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

Held so you can sign in and so your progress survives reinstalling or changing device.
You can also play as a guest. A guest account holds no email, no password and no name you have given us — only an internal identifier and your game progress.
Some information is public inside the game by design:
Your email address is never shown to other players.

| Saving progress and syncing across devices | Game data | Performance of a contract |
| Delivering and supporting in-app purchases | Purchase records | Performance of a contract |

The game asks you separately about advertising and analytics. You can accept one, both, or neither, and the game works either way. Declining does not restrict gameplay.
On iOS you will also see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline it, we do not track you across apps or websites, regardless of any other choice you have made.
You can change these choices at any time in the game's Settings, or by using your device's advertising settings to reset or limit your advertising identifier.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers below, each acting for a specific purpose, and with legal authorities where the law requires it.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
Our providers may process data outside the UK and European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
You can delete your account and all associated game data from inside the app, without contacting us: Profile → Delete Account. This is immediate and permanent. It removes your account, progress, purchases history, cosmetics, base layouts and leaderboard entries.
Deleting your account does not refund in-app purchases and does not transfer anything to a new account. If you would rather we did it for you, email support@rollerballarcade.com from the address on the account.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
To request a copy or export of your data, email support@rollerballarcade.com. We respond within one month.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate data, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal data. We do not sell personal data. Declining the advertising consent prompt opts you out of sharing for personalised advertising.
Rollerball Arcade is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email support@rollerballarcade.com and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on managed infrastructure with access controls. Passwords are salted and hashed and cannot be read by us or recovered. Purchases are verified directly with Apple and Google before anything is credited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data.
The game and this site link to external services including the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
We may update this policy as the game changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app.
