By downloading, accessing or playing Rollerball Arcade (“the Game”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. These Terms are between you and Rollerball Arcade (“we”, “us”) — not Apple or Google.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Game with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases made.
You can play as a guest, create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account.
Guest accounts carry a real risk of loss. A guest account is tied to the app installation. If you delete the app, lose the device, or clear its data, that progress cannot be recovered by us or by you. Link an email, Google or Apple account if you want your progress to survive.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, particularly for cheating or purchase fraud.
The Game contains virtual currency (tokens, coins, revive crystals, parts and similar) and virtual items (cosmetics, upgrades, cards, boxes). These are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them inside the Game. They are not your property.
Purchases are processed by Apple on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. We never see or store your payment card details. The price shown at the point of purchase includes any applicable tax.
Purchased content is delivered to your account immediately once the store confirms the payment. If a purchase is charged but not delivered, contact support@rollerballarcade.com with your store receipt and we will investigate and credit it.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under Apple's or Google's refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases, though we will help you with a store request where we can.
Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By purchasing and receiving virtual items immediately, you ask us to begin supply straight away and acknowledge that you lose that right once delivery is complete. Where the law gives you a right to a refund or remedy that these Terms would otherwise restrict, the law prevails.
The Game shows adverts supplied by Unity Ads, including optional rewarded adverts you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits. You are asked to consent before we enable personalised advertising, and you may decline or change that choice at any time in Settings. An ad-free purchase is available; it removes banner and interstitial adverts but does not remove rewarded adverts, which are always optional and player-initiated.

The Game includes leaderboards and a Battle Arena in which your display name, score and published base layout are visible to and playable by other players. Do not use a display name you would not want shown publicly.
The Game is an online service and depends on our servers. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features, content, balancing or the Game itself. We aim to give reasonable notice of a permanent shutdown where circumstances allow, but we do not guarantee that the Game or any feature will remain available indefinitely.
The Game, including its characters (Hector, Mechano, Lume, Gloomi, Ember, Infernox and Vyra), artwork, audio, level designs, code and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may create and share videos and screenshots of your gameplay, including monetised video content, provided you do not claim ownership of the Game or imply we endorse you.
The Game uses third-party services including Apple, Google, Supabase, Unity Ads, Firebase and AppsFlyer. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions. See our Privacy Policy for what data is involved.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of loss of progress.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of progress, loss of virtual items, or loss caused by third-party services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or GBP 50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
These Terms are between you and us alone. Apple and Google are not parties to them and are not responsible for the Game or its content. They have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on any US Government prohibited-parties list.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law, and may bring proceedings there.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will notify you in the app of material changes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, you may stop playing and delete your account.
