By downloading, accessing, or playing RetroBall Arcade, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RetroBall Arcade.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account requires a username, password, display name, and optional email. Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.

4. In‑App Purchases (IAP)

RetroBall Arcade uses Google Play Billing and Apple In‑App Purchases.

• All purchases are processed by Google or Apple.
• No refunds are provided for consumable or non‑consumable digital goods.
• Purchases are final and non‑transferable.

5. Advertising

RetroBall Arcade uses Unity Ads, AppLovin Ads, and other third‑party ad networks. These services may collect anonymous device identifiers to serve ads.

6. External Links

RetroBall Arcade may contain links to YouTube, retroballarcade.com, the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store. We are not responsible for external content or policies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering the app
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
• Using cheats or automation tools
• Harassing other players

8. Data Storage

User account data is stored in Firebase Firestore. We store only: username, hashed password, display name, and optional email.

9. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion by emailing: support@retroballarcade.com

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

RetroBall Arcade is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for data loss, device damage, loss of purchases, or issues caused by third‑party services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
